The Steinfurt district police authority stands for "Living safely in the district of Steinfurt". The police employees in the district's 24 towns and municipalities meet this challenge with great commitment every day. The police tasks in our district are carried out under the leadership of the Head of the Police Department by the Directorate for Emergency Response/Employment, Crime, Traffic and Central Tasks.
On our website you will find information about our police work and the various departments of our directorates. Here we provide prevention tips and publish current press reports.

In urgent cases, your police can be reached at any time by calling the emergency number "110". The local contact persons are available to provide you with advice and assistance.
